Before founding Midnight Intelligence, Ady spent four years working as a real estate agent across Hornsby and the surrounding suburbs. Those years on the ground made one thing clear: local business owners were struggling to get in front of new customers, and the marketing options available to them weren't built with their patch in mind.
Ady set out to close that gap — building a local agency dedicated to helping Hornsby-area businesses grow and making a real impact in the community he knows best.
Meet Ali — Head of Operations.
Ali holds a degree in mechatronic engineering from Western Sydney University and spent his early career working inside large tech corporations. That gave him a close-up view of how much precision and resource goes into getting noticed at scale — and made Ady's mission to bring that same advantage to local businesses impossible to ignore.
Ali now oversees Operations at Midnight Intelligence alongside Ady, keeping a close eye on where the marketing world is heading so every campaign is built on what's working now. He's the one making sure the details behind every result hold up, with an unwavering focus on delivering outcomes clients can actually see.
Meet Kai — Chief Technology Officer.
Kai holds Honours in Chemistry and Molecular Biology, and brings that same analytical rigour to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Midnight Intelligence. He manages the technical side of the agency end to end, evaluating new software and integrating emerging marketing technologies so every client campaign runs on tools that actually work.
Kai is driven to succeed and consistently looks to exceed what's expected of him, bringing that same standard to every client account he touches. Outside the agency, he values time spent with friends and family, and is always planning the next place worth exploring.
